Materials
At ATEX Technologies, we carefully source materials from suppliers aligned with the high standards of the medical device industry. We invest in every stage of development to ensure precision in medical textile manufacturing. Through in-house PET extrusion, we control the full material lifecycle - enabling traceability, consistency, and performance.

At ATEX, we extrude custom medical-grade multifilament and monofilament yarns from PET and other thermoplastics, starting from the polymer chip and ending with your implantable textile component.
Our yarns range from 8 to 150 denier, with larger sizes possible through plying.
Alongside in-house PET, we also process various polymers, metals, and dyes. Don’t see your material listed? Contact us to explore more options.
